New short story: “How to Win Against the Robots”

I have a new flash SF story out from the the always amazing Lightspeed Magazine, “How to Win Against the Robots“, along with an accompanying audio performance!

I have A Lot of feelings about this one– it’s the same story that I talk about in part 4 of this post from last year, and which I provide some background on here and here on Bluesky. I also intend to give my own reading of it this upcoming Thursday at Readercon 34, the first time I’ve done so– but it won’t be the last. Enjoy:
